Sound & Vision Magazine
Sound & Vision is an American magazine, published by Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., covering home theater, audio, video and multimedia consumer products.
Founded in 1958 as Hi Fi & Music Review, it underwent several name changes: first, Hi Fi & Stereo Review in 1961, then Stereo Review in 1968. In 1999 Stereo Review merged with Video, a magazine Hachette Filipacchi had acquired from Reese Publishing,[1] to become Stereo Review's Sound & Vision before settling on its final name in 2000.
